How to reach us

The one address for everything is support@inventum.com.au. Use it for corrections, questions about our data and sources, and press or data-study enquiries. There is no phone line or postal address; email reaches the editorial desk directly.

If you are reporting a figure that looks wrong, tell us the page and what you expected to see. We check every report against its official HMRC or gov.uk source, and if we have made a mistake we fix it, update the verified date, and reply from the same address. Corrections are especially welcome, and they are read.

Press and data enquiries

Journalists and researchers are welcome to use WageReckon's take-home figures with attribution to WageReckon. If you need a particular breakdown, a note on our method, or a comment on how a Budget change affects net pay, email the same address and say what you are working on.

What we cannot do

We cannot give personalised tax advice. WageReckon is not a tax adviser, an accountant or a government service, and nothing here is a substitute for professional advice on your own circumstances. If a figure will drive a real decision, confirm it with HMRC or a qualified accountant first.
